I took a large amount of pictures at the Memorial Sven Gales. I'm still fighting the new camera, so a few shots came didn't come out as well as I had hoped they would. Nevertheless, there were a few keepers, so I'm happy enough.

The national relay championships were the first outing for my new digital camera. I took slightly over one gigabyte of pictures in the half-hour I had at my disposal before warming up for my own race - correspondingly, there's only pictures from the first few races.

I'm posting a selection of 50 pictures, many of which were challenging to take - I still need to get used to the camera, and doing so in a back-lighted (the low sun illuminating the approaching athletes from behind) fast-paced environment of a competition was stressful.

The National Cross-Country championships took place on what might well have been the last day of winter - there hasn't been any snow since. The snowy ground created an interesting background to the pictures, but I almost froze my feet off.

If I hadn't been injured, I would have competed at this competition rather than taking pictures. As is, I joined the Luxembourgish national team for the last indoor competition of the season on the downright frosty indoor track in Vittel, France.
